Frequently asked questions
Can I mix specifications in one container?
Yes. Plywood can mix thicknesses; charcoal can mix shapes and lengths in one container.
How is charcoal shipped?
Since 1 January 2026 wood charcoal is dangerous goods (UN 1361, Class 4.2) under IMDG Amendment 42-24. We weather it for at least 14 days, pack in UN-certified bags, declare it as dangerous goods and book with carriers that accept Class 4.2.
Can you supply legal-timber or FSC documents?
We provide plantation-origin documents for due-diligence requirements (for example Japan and Australia). FSC applies where the mill holds a certificate, and is stated on the quotation.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T or L/C. Deposit and payment timing are agreed in each quotation.
Can you print our brand?
Yes. Charcoal cartons and bags can carry your brand; plywood bundles can carry your labels.
Which port do you ship from?
Hai Phong: Dinh Vu, Lach Huyen or Chua Ve terminals depending on the carrier.
